Reaching us
What to write about, and where.
Four routes, so a security report does not sit behind a billing question.
- Support, and anything that is not working
- The fastest route is the address on your account. Tell us the project and, if a review is involved, the page you pointed it at, because almost every problem is reproducible from the URL.
- Security
- Report anything you have found to the security address. Include enough to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, tell you what we found, and credit you if you would like the credit.
- Billing
- Plan changes, invoices and anything Stripe has done that surprised you. White Label is invoiced by hand, so it always comes through a person.
- Your data
- Requests for a copy of what we hold, or for deletion. If you are a reviewer rather than an account holder, say which share link you used, because your comments sit inside somebody else’s project.
Before you write
Two things that answer most of it.
Not a deflection. These genuinely resolve the two most common questions faster than we can reply.
- A page we could not reach
- Some sites answer a datacentre address with a challenge rather than the page. Coverage lists what we can and cannot reach, and the free audit tells you in seconds which one you have.
- What a plan includes
- Pricing carries the full allowances, the add-ons, and what happens when an allowance runs out.
