Terms of Service

Section 1Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Acutix LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Reviewmy (Colorado entity ID 20261554527, trade name filing 20268095494). "We", "us" and "our" mean Acutix LLC. "You" means the person or business using the service.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.

Section 2What the service does

Reviewmy reviews websites and web applications. It fetches a page you nominate, runs AI review passes over the rendered page and, if you connect a repository, over the source behind it. It then produces findings, a report you can share, and a change brief your coding agent can act on. It also provides review links your clients can comment on without creating an account.

Section 3Your account

You must give accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at info@acutixmarketing.com if you think someone else has access.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

Section 4Authorisation to review a site

This is the most important obligation in these terms.

By submitting a web address, you represent and warrant that you either own that site or have permission from whoever does to have it fetched, rendered, reviewed and screenshotted by us on your behalf.

You must not use Reviewmy to:

• fetch or review a site you have no right to,
• access anything behind a login, paywall or other access control,
• work around bot protection, rate limiting or access restrictions,
• probe internal, private or non public network addresses,
• test the security of a site you are not authorised to test.

The service enforces some of this technically. It refuses private and internal network addresses, and it never forwards your cookies or credentials upstream, so pages behind a login are out of reach. Those safeguards are not permission, and they do not make you responsible for less.

If we believe you have breached this section we may suspend or close your account immediately.

Section 5What the review is, and what it is not

Reviewmy uses AI models. You must understand the following, and you accept them as a condition of using the service:

• Findings can be wrong. Every review pass is instructed to quote or measure something on the page, and is forbidden from reporting anything that would be true of any website. That reduces invented findings. It does not eliminate them.
• Screenshots are approximations. They are rasterised from the page structure rather than captured by the browser, so canvas elements, video frames, nested frames and some visual effects render imperfectly. They cover the visible area only, never the full page.
• Coverage is not guaranteed. Sites behind a login cannot be reviewed. Sites behind aggressive bot protection may serve us a challenge instead of the page.

You are responsible for deciding what to do with a finding. Do not treat the output as a professional opinion.

Two of the review passes carry specific and important limits. They are set out separately below because they are the two most likely to be misread as something they are not.

Section 6Plans, allowances and payment

Plans, prices and allowances are those shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

• Allowances are monthly and reset on the 1st. They cover the metered AI work: page reviews, code reviews, security passes, image generation and copy rewrites.
• Collaboration is never metered. Share links, comments, threads, triage, visual edits and reports keep working after an allowance is spent.
• We do not charge overage automatically. When an allowance is spent, the metered runs stop and we tell you which allowance you hit and when it resets.
• A deep review counts as three against your page review allowance, because it costs roughly three times as much to run.
• Add ons such as the security pass and image packs are bought separately and stack on top of your plan.
• White Label is not sold self serve. It is quoted and invoiced directly.

Fees are in US dollars and exclusive of tax. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

We may change prices. Changes take effect at your next renewal and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

Refunds. Annual plans are refundable in full if you ask us within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refunded for a partial month; you may cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. One off purchases, such as image packs, stop being refundable once any of their credits have been used.

Where consumer protection law gives you rights beyond this paragraph, those rights apply and this paragraph does not reduce them.

Section 7Free audits

The free audit runs a real review of one page and shows the most serious findings. It needs no account and no card.

It is offered as it is, with no commitment as to availability, and we may limit or withdraw it at any time. We rate limit it, and we may stop serving it if the budget behind it is spent.

Section 8Your content

You keep ownership of everything you and your reviewers put into Reviewmy: your projects, comments, edits and connected repositories.

You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only so far as needed to run the service for you. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups that age out on their normal cycle.

You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you put in, including anything your reviewers add.

Section 9Our content

Reviewmy, its software, its interface and its brand belong to us. Subject to these terms, you get a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service.

Third party names and logos shown on our site identify tools Reviewmy works with. They belong to their owners, and their appearance does not mean those companies endorse or are partnered with us.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service, except where the law says you may despite this clause.

Section 10Acceptable use

Do not use Reviewmy to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, overload or interfere with the service or the sites it fetches, or attempt to reach parts of our systems you have not been given access to.

We may suspend an account that puts the service, other customers or a third party site at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so first, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

Section 11Warranties, liability, indemnity and disputes

11.1 Warranty disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that findings will be accurate or complete.

11.2 Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if told such damages were possible.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms, across all claims, will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

These limits do not apply to your obligations under 11.3, to either party's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or to anything that cannot be limited by law.

11.3 Indemnity. You will defend and indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of section 4. This is deliberately tied to section 4: if you point Reviewmy at a site you had no right to review, the consequences are yours.

11.4 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

11.5 Disputes. The state and federal courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to your use of the service, and both parties consent to venue there.

11.6 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by something outside its reasonable control, including the failure of an upstream provider we depend on.

Section 12Suspension and termination

You may stop using Reviewmy and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if your use threatens the service or a third party site. Except where an immediate suspension is necessary, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem.

On termination your right to use the service ends. Sections 8, 9, 11 and 13 survive.

Section 13General

Changes. We may update these terms. For material changes we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Entire agreement. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service.

Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a sale of the business.

Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.

No waiver. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
